- Re-structuring of credit transactions,
- Preparation and development of General Terms and Conditions of Contracts, bylaws and internal regulations,
- Advising in connection with the formation of the terms and conditions of certain individual products,
- Acting in supervisory licencing matters.
The experience of the managing lawyer was enriched by his activity as a member of the Arbitration Court of the Financial and Capital Market embracing 10 years during which period he participated in the resolution of several disputes.
