We draft general terms and conditions of contracts (both for procurements and sales) for our clients who are manufacturers or traders of industrial products as well as individual contracts of sales and distributorship for both domestic and international use.

We participated in several major IT procurements and in the preparation of software development and licencing contracts especially for our permanent clients i.e. the domestic and foreign members of the group of bank we regularly represent.

We also have experience in trade mark research, applications for trademark registration and the drafting of contracts for the exploitation (licencing) of intellectual property.
