In the field of company law, our Law Office participated in certain cases of significance which are the following:
- Formation of a real estate holding in the form of a public limited company, designing the holding structure;
- Acquisition of stakes by financial and strategic investors and an institutional capital investor by means of increase of capital, establishing a company with the acquisition of a stake by a venture capital investor, preparation of the entire contract documentation;
