We offer the following services to our clients in the field of data protection:
- Carrying out a comprehensive data protection audit, revealing omissions and mistakes, consulting with regard to formation of data protection and processing systems, ensuring legality of existing systems,
- Preparing and commenting on GDPR compatible internal regulations, policies, statements, information sheets, and instructions;
- Ensuring compliance and legality of video surveillance, and entry controlling systems, internet home pages;
- Proving trainings and conducting internal conferences about data protection based on our own training materials;
- Providing continuous legal support in data protection matters.
We accomplished GDPR compliance for several corporate clients out of which arranging for full compliance with the GDPR of a nursing home for elderly (consisting of four companies) which inevitable processes a great number of sensitive personal data, that of a Hungarian-owned industrial manufacturing company applying state-of-the-art technology and the preparation of the complete data processing contractual documentation for a credit institution playing an outstanding role in the Hungarian financial market are to be noted.
