Dr. Péter Rézmovits

Dr. Péter Rézmovits started his career as in-house counsel of a foreign trade firm and later in a bank. He has been a lawyer (solicitor) since the year of 2000 first engaged by Ormai and Partners CMS Cameron McKenna until 2005 and then as a member of his own law office upon its establishment in 2005.

He is able to discuss matters and draft documents in English in addition to his Hungarian mother-tongue. His main professional areas are banking and finance law, domestic and international legal disputes, real estate law, corporate law, civil law, foreign trade law, insolvency law, data protection law. He has outstanding experience in handling and resolve complex disputes which may even consist of a large number of lawsuits.

He obtained his law degree in 1990 at the Eötvös Loránd University of Sciences.

In 2004 he obtained a postgraduate degree as a lawyer–economist at the Corvinus University of Budapest. From 2008, he gained experience as an arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration of the Money and Capital Market.
