Representing condominiums, debt collection

It has been more than 10 years that our Law Office has represented condominiums and home cooperatives. In this area we provide comprehensive legal advice and counselling regarding any and all legal issues: preparation and modification of founding documents, organisational and operational regulations, house rules, legal support of bids for subsidies, legal support in protection of possession and neighbours’ rights, commenting on draft contracts.

As part of our activities in this area, we participate in the collection of overdue debts by means of judicial payment order or litigation, and represent the condominiums in enforcement and liquidation proceedings.
